Founded by Amy Smith-Boden, Giving Edge Strategies brings a more strategic, ROI-driven approach to corporate philanthropy.
Amy has spent most of her career working across nonprofits, communities, and corporate partners, developing a clear view of what makes philanthropic efforts actually work.
Through Giving Edge Strategies, she helps companies move beyond reactive giving toward more focused, results-oriented strategies. While many organizations give generously, those efforts are often fragmented, with limited visibility to employees and uneven impact in the communities they aim to serve.
She works as an outsourced CSR partner to corporate leadership, aligning charitable investments with employee priorities, local community needs, and business goals—ensuring every dollar works harder where it matters most.
Alex Bromberg
Alex Bromberg is a nonprofit leader and strategist with experience building and scaling community-focused initiatives. As Executive Director of The Kindness Collaborative, he has focused on developing programs that translate ideas into tangible impact across diverse communities.
With a background spanning nonprofit development, partnerships, and strategic planning, Alex brings an execution-oriented approach to social impact—bridging vision with implementation and helping organizations turn intent into action.
